Meet Our Team

Gilberto Guarderas is the General Manager and Sole Member of G&S Management Services. He has been living and working in Alaska since 1983, during which he has gained experience dealing with contracting officers in the Army and Air Force. Gilberto has done business in a variety of different disciplines, including janitorial, facility maintenance, construction and demolition. His company, G&S, is dedicated to HVAC and window cleaning.

Gilberto came from honest people and considers the people who work at his company family. His hobbies include watching political forums and talking to his family and friends.

Elisabeth has been the Operations Manager at G&S since 2018. Her role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the company from the main office. Elisabeth has more than seven years of experience in business administration and office management. A former engineering student at the University of Alaska in Anchorage, she specializes in data processing and organization. Outside of the office, Elisabeth lives with her husband and their fur baby, Kali. She enjoys traveling to warmer places and spending time with her family and friends.

Cindy is an Administrative Assistant and a part-time student at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA). She started working at G&S back in 2016 and has enjoyed her time here since. Cindy’s job at G&S includes filing, scheduling, organizing and customer service. At UAA, she is currently majoring in psychology in hopes to build a better community one day. Cindy also enjoys going on hikes, eating ice cream, watching movies and spending time with her family and friends.

Harvey is the Window Cleaning Manager for G&S. He has been established as a Master Window Cleaner since 1982. After graduating from Chickasha, Oklahoma in 1978, Harvey went on to attend trade school at Canadian Valley Technology Center as a welder. He has also studied blueprint reading through the University of Alaska Anchorage.

In 2017, Harvey founded the company City Window Cleaning in Anchorage, Alaska, where he resides today. His personal interests include music, sports, and inventions.

Ethan is the HVAC Service Manager for G&S. Customer service is the most important thing a company can deliver, and Ethan strives to make sure that G&S delivers quality services that our customers are more than happy with. Ethan has been working in the HVAC field for 15 years and has helped to put together the current team of HVAC service professionals at G&S. He has worked through many HVAC problems over the years—some complicated, some simple, and some just weird—but he enjoys the challenge, and enjoys using his experience to help others grow and develop their HVAC skills.

Matt is the HVAC Service Supervisor, overseeing the day-to-day operations and organization of the service technicians and invoicing. He works closely with property managers and owners in order to provide quick and decisive resolutions for any building HVAC-related issues. Matt has been with G&S for 6 years, both as a technician and now as a supervisor. He has good experience in commercial application HVAC, having retrofitted over 50 rooftop units, multiple-unit heaters, and several large-scale split systems.

In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy camping, 4-wheeling, hunting and fishing (basically, just everything Alaska has to offer) with their friends and family. Matt’s newest passion is trying to become a master BBQ guy with his new smoker.

Zack is a Service Technician, born and raised in northern Alaska. He is a dedicated family man and husband of 11 years, raising 2 kids. Zack worked in the warehouse industry for about 15 years. With a desire to learn a trade, he quit his job and started going to school to be an HVAC technician and has never looked back since. Currently residing in Wasilla, Zack enjoys spending time doing projects around the home front and spending time with his family. If time allows, he likes to nerd out on games and comics as well.

Judah is a Service Technician that does HVAC maintenance and repairs. Judah chose to go to trade school to pursue his aspirations of doing hands-on work and being able to help customers. Judah has the skillsets to quickly troubleshoot problems on all types of units. During his free time, he loves spending time with his family and training his dogs. He also enjoys football, biking and 4-wheeling.

Ben is an HVAC Service Technician performing preventative maintenance and repairs. After graduating from trade school, he joined the G&S HVAC team to pursue his interests in the commercial field. He enjoys the challenges that come from working on the varying types of jobs and the different types of equipment found in the field. When he’s not at work, he likes relaxing at home and taking the occasional camping trip.

Mike is a skilled Service Technician with a passion for problem-solving. With more than ten years of customer service experience, Mike is a friendly and knowledgeable tech who is happy to help. A lifelong Alaskan, Mike loves getting outdoors whenever he can and seeing all this great state has to offer.
